It was my passion for good food and especially Lebanese food that inspired me to start Norma‘s Lebanese Foods. I wanted to share my love for this cuisine, the traditional Lebanese hospitality, and to teach and encourage people to cook authentic, home-style Lebanese food.
My classes are intimate, set in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of cooking tips, where to source Lebanese products, stories about my early childhood experiences growing up in Lebanon, in all an experience to remember.
Classes are held at:

When twins Monique and Kristy Pastor began the BiB programme, they were full of ideas, but weren’t sure which direction to take in developing them. They decided to start a business based on developing their many, varied and unrelated innovations and products. With help from a BiB loan, Twinnovations devises ideas, researches them, formulates a business plan for them and, in a leap of faith, patents the concept. They then aim to sell those ideas on to other companies to produce.
