“My business would not have started without the valuable BiB workshops and the wonderful support of all the women I met during the course. Juggling business with two kids is not an easy task, but being part of this great network of women gave me so much strength. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, there is always someone I can speak to, there’s always someone who would offer support. I couldn’t have managed running my own business without the BiB program.

I had my business idea in September 2008. I launched my website one day before the BiB graduation on 1 December 2008. By mid-Januray 2009, with Chrissy’s help and my hard work, I managed to rank number one in Google with my signature product, a ‘stainless steel water bottle’. My short-term goal is to expand my product range over the next few months. My long-term goal is to one day be interviewed by Vive as a successful business mum.”
