What I do

I co-ordinate the program in NSW and provide business coaching and support to current and graduate Babes.  I also enjoy facilitating the 'numbers' part of the Course when it all comes together for the participants.

I work with Babes to ensure all business barriers are broken down paving the way to success and I love a business plan.

I've had over 30 years in hospitality and retail and I enjoy using my expertise in these areas to help others.

What I love

Books books books! In my dreams I have a room lined with floor to ceiling bookshelves filled with every book I’ve ever loved and am still to love. And there’s also a big old chesterfield for curling up in with the book of the moment.

I love nothing more than getting lost in a good book. The world around me disappears, the characters become real and suddenly I’ve fallen through the looking glass. It’s been a lifelong habit. My taste is broad but defined. I respect and admire good writing. I learn of other lives, other times. They take me on journeys to other countries. I laugh, I cry, I feel. They bring back memories and create them too. They can entertain and educate, amuse and sadden me. From classics to modern, long dead authors to first time published, from words only to illustrations and photographs, they’re endlessly fascinating. I love to give them and share them – and receive them. And for an ever curious, nonstop learner, they are something I can’t live without. In my world there is no such thing as a day without the pleasure of a good book.
