What I do

I am currently on maternity leave about to experience all the joys of motherhood.  I  have been managing the programs on the East side of Melbourne and provide coaching and support to graduate Babes. I am also a Course facilitator and love to use my creative talents, varied life experiences and passion to delight and inspire everyone around me.

I enjoy it everytime a Bizness Babe has an AHHA moment realising they can do anything they put their minds to.

What I love

Playing guitar and writing songs is good for my soul. I feel like music gives me wings. When I make it I feel utterly free.

My dad played guitar, and singing and music has always been part of my life. But I delayed my own development by hanging out with creative and talented musicians instead - for a long time I was too afraid to thunder my way through chord changes for fear of sounding silly.

A Radiohead song at 3am changed all that, and from that moment I fell in love with the beauty of the guitar.

My first guitar cost next to nothing, was warped and hammered, but full of character.

My new guitar is called Madeleine and cost me more than my first car. She goes everywhere with me and I pine just a bit when she’s not around.

I seem to be popular with small children and dogs; though there's a chance the dogs are just being polite.

Never let anyone tell you "you can't, you shouldn't”, or “don't". How about asking yourself, "why not?”

Anything is possible, for me that means writing songs and playing guitar.

 Just like in business, life is better when you lose the fear to try new things.
